Ed knocks on Hamid’s apartment door. There’s no answer. He knocks again. Opening the front door, Ed calls inside. “Hello?” he says. “Hello? Hello? Is anybody home?”He walks into the foyer, next to a giant horse statue.
“Hello? Anybody home?” he repeats.
Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein is playing on a TV in the expansive, heavily furnished living room. “So, we meet again, Count Dracula,” says Lon Chaney on TV. “Dracula?” says Bela Lugosi.“Yes,” says Lou Costello, as ‘Wilbur’ “That’s who he says you are.”
“Oh, my costume, perhaps?” says Lugosi.
Ed walks through the living room into another sitting room.
